Join the European Community Shipowners’ Associations (ECSA) and European Transport Workers’ Federation (ETF) for the launch of our joint initiative Seafarers Go Digital – Getting ready for the future!
The green and digital transition is rapidly reshaping the shipping industry. Technologically advanced ships, navigation systems, cyber security and automation all offer opportunities but also poses challenges.
This joint ECSA and ETF initiative aims to support the uptake of digital technologies and harness the benefits of digitalisation, while safeguarding the rights and well-being of seafarers. The launching event gathers policymakers, industry experts and unions to discuss how we prepare the maritime workforce for a digital future.
