The Audiovisual Institute will screen the 1964 Franco-Italian film La Ragazza tonight, Tuesday, April 7 at 7pm at the Théâtre des Variétés.
The restored film stars Claudia Cardinale and tells a post-war love story between a young Tuscan woman and a partisan facing imprisonment, set against the emotional aftermath of liberation in Italy.
Presented in a 4K restored version, the screening offers a chance to rediscover a key work of 1960s Italian cinema blending neorealism with more modern storytelling.
