Prune Bouillot Prune is a Naval Architect at Houlder Limited, focusing on ship design and maritime decarbonisation advisory work. Prune served as Chair of SMIFutures in 2024, the Society of Maritime Industries’ early‑career board, contributing to sector‑wide initiatives supporting future maritime talent.
Originally from Brittany and shaped by a lifelong connection to sailing, Prune took time out on sabbatical from her role at Houlder to spend time on boats and contribute hands-on to initiatives focused on ocean preservation. This led her to volunteer with Wings of the Ocean, a French organisation raising awareness of plastic pollution at sea.
