DSG to debut data-driven ‘Resilience in Action’ tool at upcoming conference
Powered by exclusive 2026 workforce data, the new model equips maritime leaders to bridge capability gaps, improve retention, and navigate industry uncertainty.
LONDON, UK, 27th July 2026: DSG (Diversity Study Group) has announced it will officially launch its new ‘Resilience in Action’ tool at its 5th Annual DEI in Maritime Conference, taking place from Wednesday to Thursday, 18 to 19 November 2026, in London. The innovative tool will be unveiled during the two-day interactive event, hosted at Seatrade Maritime’s central-London offices, which features the theme “Resilience in Maritime – equipping people, leaders and organisations to navigate uncertainty.”
Designed to move the industry away from high-level rhetoric and toward measurable progress, the tool will provide senior maritime leaders with a practical, data-driven framework to build sustainable, high-performing workforces during periods of prolonged transition. The framework will be presented in an interactive manner for conference attendees, directly powered by the exclusive release of DSG’s 2026 DEI in Maritime data insights, compiled from extensive annual seafarer and shore-based surveys.

Day Two, which is exclusive to DSG members, provides a closed-door forum to review detailed case studies, examining the practical ‘trip wires’ and honest challenges faced when embedding these resilience strategies into an organisation.
