The BDI down @1,899 whilst Planet Ocean isn’t ready for the big freeze…
The BDI (Baltic Dry Index) lost 23 points earlier on today thanks mainly to the panamaxes’ fall. Geopolitics getting sour in all fronts; John Faraclas daily recap:
The BDI also lost the 1,900 threshold and let’s hope we don’t see a midsummer disaster…
The Capes’ BCI was up four points and now reads 3,664 points…
The Panamamxes’ BPI was down 81 points standing at 1,969 points and losing the 2,000 points threshold. CAUTION!
The Supras’ BSI fell eight points and now reads 988…
The Handies’ BHSI remained the same, i.e. 516 points.
Both Wets fell; the last published BDTI (Dirties) and BCTI (Cleans) stood at 624 – minus eight and 455 minus six points respectively…CAUTION!
The WTI now stands at US$ 58.05 – up US$ 1.18 !!! CAUTION yet again is advised.
Reverting on Geopolitics which are becoming more than worse…
