The Organizing Committee of Caspian Week Forum and the Greater Caspian Summit has decided to reschedule the event from June 26–27, 2025 to Autumn 2025. We will announce the new dates shortly.
We are not stepping back—we are stepping up. In response to the recent surge in military tensions across the region, we chose to act responsibly and with purpose.Our mission remains clear: to build bridges, foster cooperation, and shape amore peaceful and resilient Greater Caspian Region. Now more than ever, this mission demands attention—not distraction.
We cannot operate on a “business-as-usual” basis while crisis in our region escalates. When armed conflict dominates the global stage, constructive conversations often go unheard. Instead of allowing vital dialogue to be drowned out by the noise of war, we have chosen to amplify it—at the right time, in the right setting.
By shifting the Forum to Autumn, we create space for broader participation, deeper reflection, and a stronger platform for impact. We will carry forward all the plans, partnerships, and confirmed contributions—nothing is lost. On the contrary, we now have the opportunity to enrich our agenda and introduce timely, urgent topics including peace diplomacy, humanitarian security, ethical investment, and regional resilience.
We will build on our existing themes — clean energy, water diplomacy, urban innovation, digital corridors, Karabakh’s post-conflict renewal, and the outcomes of COP29—and adapt them to the evolving global context. We are also exploring new formats and additional sessions to ensure that our conversations translate into action and influence.
In the coming weeks, we will keep you informed and involved. We plan to hold focused digital engagements, partner consultations, and pre-forum dialogues to maintain momentum and support our shared vision.
