Headquarters is advising all our members and friends of several rapidly approaching deadlines.
1. The AHEPA Educational Foundation Scholarship application deadline is March 31, which is 11 days from now. All 2026 Applications MUST be postmarked by March 31 to be eligible. No extensions and NO excuses. All applications must be postmarked; any supplemental information being mailed can arrive after the deadline, but the initial application MUST be postmarked by the March 31 deadline.
2. The AHEPA Congressional Banquet is rapidly approaching; the Mayflower Hotel has only 4 rooms left. They are currently SOLD OUT. Headquarters will have NO ability to add any rooms to this block. Once the 4 rooms are sold, we will have no more rooms. Call the Mayflower at (202) 347-3000 ask for the discounted AHEPA Rate.
3. The AHEPA Chapter Delegate reporting form deadline is MAY 1, 2026. During the 2025 convention, legislation was PASSED establishing a new deadline for reporting DELEGATES and ALTERNATES: May 1 every year. A reporting form was mailed to every chapter secretary in February; if you have not received one, don’t worry—simply email AHEPA HQ with your elected delegates and alternates before May 1, 2026.
