The Festival des Étoilés continued in spectacular fashion at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo this weekend, as chefs Dominique Lory and Christophe Moret reunited for an exceptional four-hands dinner nearly 30 years after first working together under Alain Ducasse in the 1990s. Guests at Le Grill enjoyed an elaborate seasonal menu featuring dishes such as grilled sea bream with bottarga and caviar, red gamberoni with sea urchin dashi, and wood-fired pigeon with cherry and wild pepper, showcasing the chefs’ shared culinary philosophy and attention to detail. Now in its sixth edition, the Festival des Étoilés further reinforces Monaco’s reputation as a global capital of haute cuisine, with Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer boasting a world-leading total of 10 Michelin stars across its restaurants.
