Working hours during Ramadan
The Holy month of Ramadan 2013 will start from 9 July and end on 7 August
(subject to the sighting of the moon).
During Ramadan, port operation will continues with 2 shifts (0500-1630 &
2000-0230). Night shift will be consider as overtime basis.
Pilotage will be available 24 hours with 2 breaks (Breakfast/Fasting break)
Ramadan breakfast/fasting breaking: 1630-2000 hrs & 0230-0500.
Port Custom Office timings will be from 0900–1300 hours.
The GAC Kuwait office working hours will be from 0900–1500 hrs.
Eid will be on 8 August 2013 (subject to sighting of the moon)
