Following the press release of 15th July 2013, Hellenic Carriers Limited, (“Hellenic” or the “Company”)
(AIM: HCL), an international provider of marine transportation services for dry bulk cargoes, announces
that delivery of the M/V ULYSSES 1, a 81, 662 dwt Kamsarmax vessel, from the Zhejiang Ouhua
Shipbuilding Co Ltd in China, took place. Following this delivery, the fleet has an aggregate carrying
capacity of about 250, 778 dwt and an average age of 12.1 years.
