The Board of Oslo Børs approves Link Mobility Group and Napatech for listing

Oslo Børs20/11/2013 – At its meeting on 20 November 2013, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in the Link Mobility Group ASA and Napatech A/S to listing.

Link Mobility Group to be listed on Oslo Axess
The shares in Link Mobility Group ASA have been admitted to listing on Oslo Axess.

The Board stipulated that, prior to the first day of listing the company must satisfy the requirement for the number of shareholders as specified in Section 2.4.2 of the Oslo Axess Listing Rules and must publish an approved listing prospectus.

The Board authorized the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 3 January 2014.

Napatech to be listed on Oslo Børs
The shares in Napatech A/S have been admitted to listing on Oslo Børs.

The Board stipulated that, prior to the first day of listing the company must satisfy the requirement for market value, as specified in Section 2.2.1 of the Oslo Børs Listing Rules, and the requirement for the number of shareholders as specified in Section 2.4.2 of the Oslo Børs Listing Rules. Further, it has been stipulated that the company must have at least 25% spread of share ownership among the general public, as specified in Section 2.4.1 of the Oslo Børs Listing Rules, publish an approved prospectus, and complete the planned consolidation of share classes, so that the company only has one share class.

If the requirement for market value or number of shareholders is not met, the company will be accepted for listing on Oslo Axess, subject to the company satisfying section 2.2.1 and 2.4.2 of the Oslo Axess Listing Rules and other listing requirements.

The Board authorised the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to decide whether the company should be listed on Oslo Børs or Oslo Axess, and to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 3 January 2014.
