Exmar – Purchase of own share

Purchase of own shares EXMAR NV confirms in accordance with article 207§2 of the Royal Decree of 30th January 2001, modified by the Royal Decree of 26th April 2009, that in the framework of the mandate to acquire own shares granted to the board of directors by decision of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on 20th May 2014, on 30th January 2015 300.000 EXMAR shares were purchased at an average price of 7.84 EUR per share.
