EVENT UPDATE

With less than a month to go to London International Shipping Week 2015, interest is soaring among the members of the fourth estate with maritime and non-maritime journalists furiously planning which events to attend.Meetings have already been held with the official media partners to ensure the events are being covered and a list of all visiting journalists is being compiled to ensure that event organisers have access to the writers.Sean Moloney, Director of Shipping Innovation and Chairman of the LISW PR and Marketing sub-committee, welcomed the enthusiastic involvement of the press, claiming that their efforts were crucial in getting the right message out about what is a must-attend global event. He said: “Our media partners and the visiting press are an essential component of the week and we look forward to working with them to spread the strong word about LISW15 internationally.”
