January 25, 2016 – Carleen Lyden-Kluss, Co-Founder and Executive Director of North American Marine Environment Protection Association (NAMEPA) announced today that Jean Gould, most recently with ABS will join NAMEPA as the Gulf Coast Regional Director. Jean brings more than 25 years of experience in the energy and maritime industries in communications, marketing and corporate affairs.
“Jean’s experience managing public policy and international business issues for ExxonMobil and most recently global communications and marketing activities for the American Bureau of Shipping will contribute greatly to building NAMEPA’s presence in the Gulf Coast Region, ” stated NAMEPA’s Lyden-Kluss. “In her role as Regional Director, Jean will bring industry and public stakeholders in the Gulf Coast area together to develop strategies, policies and outreach initiatives for the protection and preservation of the marine environment. This collaboration extends NAMEPA’s reach and will guide our programs, advocating, educating and activating the marine industry and the public to “Save Our Seas”.
