DVB Bank to strengthen its Shipping Management Team with the appointment of Ingmar Loges
Frankfurt/Main,  23 February 2016 – Ingmar Loges (52) will join DVB’s Global Shipping Management Team as Co-Division Head with effect from 15 April 2016. In line with the Bank’s regional focus established in its Shipping Finance franchise, Ingmar Loges will specifically assume responsibility for DVB’s Shipping Finance business in the Western Hemisphere, encompassing Europe, the Nordic countries and the Americas. He will be based in DVB’s Amsterdam Branch.
Ingmar Loges brings on board a wide, international range of experience in ship and offshore finance. He joins DVB from HSH Nordbank, Hamburg, where he has been Head of Global Shipping for the bank’s ship & offshore financing portfolio with domestic and international clients since January 2015. Between April 2012 and December 2014 he was HSH Nordbank’s Head of Global Shipping (International Clients), covering business in Hamburg, Piraeus, Singapore, Hong Kong and New York. Previously, he worked for UniCredit Bank Global Shipping between 1997 and March 2012, in different shipping management positions – lastly as Head of Sales, Global Shipping, Singapore Branch.
