Multiclient Geophysical to be delisted from Oslo Axess

Multiclient Geophysical ASA has in letter dated 3 May 2017 pursuant to the Continuing Obligations section  15.1 (4), cf. the Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1),  applied for delisting of the company’s shares from Oslo Axess.

On this basis Oslo Børs has on 4 May 2017 passed the following resolution: “The shares of Multiclient Geophysical ASA will be delisted from Oslo Axess on 8 May 2017. Last day of listing will be 5 May 2017.”
