Sustainable Development and Greek Tourism
Kallichoron Art Boutique Hotel participated at SASM Forum “Tourism and New Horizons” that took place on Saturday, 30 November and Sunday, 1 December at Moraitis School by their Alumni Association (SASM).
On 30 November, the co-founder, Hotel Manager of Kallichoron Art Boutique Hotel and certified auditor by the German Sustainable Building Council, Carolina Akalai, participated to a workshop on “Sustainable Development and Greek Tourism” and presented the sustainability strategy of Kallichoron based on the 2030 SDG.

Kallichoron Art Boutique Hotel is the only Green Key eco-labelled and socially responsible hotel that is operating based on the principles of sustainability and green development in line with its environmental policy “Kallichoron Goes Green”. Notably, Kallichoron has received a number of awards for their innovative approach since establishment.

SASM Forum was under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organization, while both the Tourism Minister Harry Theoharis and the President of ΕΟΤ, Angela Gerekou attended the Forum.
