Mandatory Reporting of Certain Incidents and Occurrences On Board Cayman Islands Ships (Rev 2.1)
This revision replaces CISN 02/2015 Rev 2 with immediate effect
This revision –
- includes COVID-19 in the list of “Notifiable Diseases” in Annex 2 as a result of amendments to Schedule 1 of UK SI 2020 No. 659 (The Health Protection (Notification) Regulations, 2010); and
- clarifies the requirement to report any accident, illness or injury resulting in a crew member being unable to discharge their normal duties for a period in excess of 72 Hours (including cases where the seafarer leaves the ship as a result).
