No new lockdown in Monaco; 150 fines… plus two more items

Despite a considerable increase in coronavirus cases in recent days – with some respite on Sunday and Monday – the Monaco Government is holding fast to its two-barrelled policy of enforcing health safety measures and keeping businesses open as much as is possible.
Only four new cases of coronavirus among residents were reported in Monaco on Monday. There was a record number of full recoveries – 24.
Minister of the Interior Patrice Cellario told a press conference at the Ministry of State on Monday that almost 100 tickets were issued in Monaco on Saturday and Sunday for not wearing a mask.
Monaco’s postal service will not operate on Wednesday. Mail will not be collected and post offices will be closed to the public…IN EUROPEAN NEWS:
