Global Strategic Commodities (GSC) is pleased to announce two strategic senior leadership appointments, further strengthening the company’s capabilities across the global mining and critical minerals sectors.
Kyle Hookey has been appointed Director of Global Strategic Commodities (GSC). Kyle brings more than a decade of experience advising, financing, and scaling junior resource and energy companies worldwide. His expertise spans cross-border restructurings, capital deployment, early-stage growth financing, public listings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic exits. As a CFA Charterholder, Kyle has successfully structured and executed transactions across multiple commodity markets.
Marcos Ayerza has been appointed CEO of Argentina Critical Minerals (ACM), part of the GSC Group. Marcos brings over 20 years of experience across international trade, renewable energy, and mining in Argentina. His background includes leading teams for different sectors as country manager for Welink Energy and Rengen Power in renewables, Jupiter fresh produce in international trade and since 2017 moving into the mining industry developing projects from greenfield across different minerals serving as a shareholder and Board Member of Lithium Mining Corp, Front Five Lithium and as shareholder and director of Buenos Aires Rare Earths.
