Many offices and businesses will ‘do the bridge’ and not open on Monday, August 14. Good Morning Monaco will not be published on Tuesday. * The number of unemployed in France has increased slightly for the first time since autumn 2021. After six quarters of continuous decline, the number of unemployed rose again in the second quarter. A measured increase – 20,000 more people – but sufficient to bring the rate up to 7.2% of the active population, against 7.1% over the first three months of the year.
