April 30, 2024 is the first deadline for the AHEPA Convention.
On April 30, AHEPA will no longer be able to secure any rooms for you for the 2024 Convention. The main hotel is now SOLD OUT! We are placing conventioneers in the overflow hotel, the RADISSON BLU hotel. The AHEPA Convention in being held at the RADISSON BEACH Resort.
The two hotels are down the street from one another and the Radisson has agreed to have a complimentary shuttle back and forth between both hotels.
AHEPA Headquarters will be gathering names for the overflow hotel and placing them as rooms are needed, but ONLY until April 30, 2024. If any last minute cancellations occur we will move names from our overflow list to the RADISSON Beach.
Everyone will be receiving a confirmation from their hotel in May. All reservations must have deposits in at HQ or will be cancelled, please make sure you sent your deposit in to headquarters.
