The Princely Government has submitted a new draft law to modernise and strengthen the rights of people with disabilities in Monaco. Key measures include a caregiver allowance for parents who stop work to care for children with disabilities, clearer distinctions between income-based and disability-related support, and more flexible age-related provisions. Social Affairs Minister Christophe Robino said the law reaffirms Monaco’s commitment to building a strong and adaptive legal framework for people with disabilities and their families.
