Following the success at the 420 Championship in Turkiye, more International distinctions continue for NOPF* in the 420 category during the Matosinhos, Portugal event!
At the 420 European Championship that ended in Matosinhos, Portugal earlier on last week, our team stood out with impressive performances: 2nd place in U17: Epaminondas Ventouris Ladas – Kyriakos Zaponidis
4th place in U17: Eleni Galazoula – Stavros Aronis

3rd place in girls U17 & 18th overall: Eleonora Christoforou – Lydia Rapti (pictured above).
10th place in the men’s category: Giannis Tournis – Giorgos Michalopoulos
15th place in the men’s category: Michalis Papadakis – Alexandros Piperakis
Warm congratulations also to:
To Peleki – Bouzana of NOTK for 1st place in the women’s category
To Hamaria – Xypa of the IOP for 1st place in the men’s category
And to the crew of 470 Lambis and Eleni Giannoulis of NOE for winning 3rd place!

A big thumbs up to all the children of the Greek team, to our coach Andreas Papadopoulos, and to the parents who support their effort daily.
A very demanding year for the 420 category concludes with great successes at a global level for NOPF.
Now… time to rest!

These international success of the athletes become to talk of the town in Falifornia (the nickname of Paleon Faliron) and we are thrilled as amongst the athletes we have compatriots from Chios and many from the Greek Shipping Fraternity!
