A delegation from the Council of Europe’s Congress of Local and Regional Authorities visited Monaco this week to monitor the application of the European Charter of Local Self-Government. After touring the Town Hall, the officials met with members of the National Council on Wednesday morning. This marked the second follow-up mission to the Principality since Monaco signed and ratified the charter in 2013.
