Houston, TX – November 19, 2025 — SHIPPINGInsight, the premier North American platform for maritime innovation, fleet optimization, and industry collaboration, today announced its 2026 roadmap, a determined year-long program designed to accelerate the revitalization of the U.S. maritime industry. Building on the momentum generated by the 2025 SHIPPINGInsight Conference and Leadership Roundtables, the SHIPS for America Act hearings, and a growing national push for maritime resurgence, SHIPPINGInsight will bring together industry executives, policymakers, innovators, financiers, and workforce leaders to map out the next phase of U.S. maritime strength.
The 2026 program begins on February 25th in Houston with Leadership Roundtable 2.0, hosted at WGMA. Texas continues to position itself at the forefront of maritime revitalization, and this session will explore its expanding leadership role. The discussion will include an opening keynote, reflections on the convergence between SHIPPINGInsight’s Leadership Roundtable 1.0 and Congressional testimony and updates on the SHIPS Act, and information gleaned by the Presidential Executive Order, and new criteria emerging for coalition-building. Dr. Beatriz Canamary will also provide an integrated analysis of how federal and industry priorities are aligning for the first time in decades.
