Monaco’s women’s team, the Umusa, claimed a historic victory at the Emirates Dubai 7s, defeating the Hong Kong China Dragons 31–17 in the final to secure their first-ever international title at the tournament. The triumph caps an extraordinary week for Monegasque rugby, made even more remarkable by the fact that the squad earned their place in Dubai by winning the Darlington tournament in England this summer.
