I trust this message finds you all in good health and enjoying the spring weather. It is an opportune moment for our annual spring cleaning—discarding obsolete and worn-out items to welcome new beginnings. Over the winter months, several issues arose, which were promptly addressed by your Supreme Lodge and the Board of Trustees.
1. The AHEPA Mailing List. The AHEPA maintains an encrypted, secure database. In the past, access to this list has been granted to officers. Effective April 1, 2026, access will be restricted, with all personal information limited to names and phone numbers. The rosters will no longer include email addresses or physical addresses. Recent misuse of our lists has necessitated these restrictions. Please be assured that all information remains confidential and is treated with the utmost respect. Chapter rosters will be issued and sent to the recorded Chapter Secretary ONLY once a year.
2. Trademark. Recently, there has been an increase in unauthorized representations of the AHEPA logo. The AHEPA maintains a trademark committee responsible for managing the use of the logo. All chapters have been authorized to use the OFFICIAL AHEPA logo; however, they may not use, alter, create, or promote any images of the logo that are not explicitly approved. Usage of unapproved logos or products—such as pins, stationery, apparel, or any other merchandise—constitutes a violation of trademark laws. 3. May 1 Deadline. The forms for AHEPA Delegates and Alternates for each chapter have been dispatched to chapter secretaries. These forms must be completed and returned to AHEPA headquarters by May 1. Registration cannot be processed or accepted until after this date. The registration fee remains at $400 for delegates and alternates, with guest registration set at $475. This rate reflects a discounted price and is available for payments received before July 5, 2026. A late fee of $200 applies for submissions after July 6, 2026.
4. AHEPA Convention Sponsorships. This year is particularly significant as the AHEPA Convention will be held in Philadelphia, celebrating 250 years of American Independence. All chapters are kindly requested to purchase advertisements in the special program and yearbook. Individual members and chapters are encouraged to purchase a one-page advertisement in support of the publication for $250. Districts and corporate sponsors are also invited to contribute.
