Dear ACGUK members and friends,
Some moments stay with you.
Our Vasilopita celebration in January was one of them. A warm room, the politiki vasilopita shared among friends, conversations, music, and the excitement of a raffle made possible by the generosity of our donors. It was more than an event. It was a living expression of our community.
And in a different way, our cultural gatherings, such as our recent event on the revival of the acoustic heritage of Hagia Sophia, reconnect us with the depth and beauty of our history, allowing us not only to remember, but to experience and carry it forward.
These moments matter. But they do not happen without support.
ACGUK is entirely sustained by its members and friends. Your membership fees and donations are what allow us to organise events, support cultural initiatives, invite speakers, and continue shining a light on the heritage of Constantinopolitan Hellenism.
