New overstaying charges
The following riles and regulations are applicable for vessels overstaying their permitted at Port Hamriyah’s Main and Inner Harbours are in effect from 1 March:
Vessels should leave the Harbour/Inner Harbour within 21 days in compliance with UAE Federal Law.
Vessels overstaying beyond the permitted days will be charges overstay Penal Berth Hire (up to AED 5000 per day) over the normal berth hire charges.
