Circular 8/2012 – For: Issuers of shares and equity certificates and members of Oslo Børs

On 23 October 2012, the Norwegian Corporate Governance Board (NCGB) published a revised edition of the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance.

The revised Code of Practice is available in Norwegian and will shortly be available in English. Issuers of shares and equity certificates will receive two printed copies of the revised Code of Practice by post.
