NEAS delisting from Oslo Børs

The shares in NEAS ASA will be delisted from Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be Friday 25 May 2012.

NEAS ASA has in a letter dated 19 April 2012 pursuant to Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (4) cf Stock Exchange Act section 25(1), applied for delisting of the company’s shares from Oslo Børs.

Oslo Børs has on 25 April 2012 made the following resolution:

“The shares in NEAS ASA are to be delisted from Oslo Børs. Last day of listing of the shares will be 25 May 2012.”
