HSH Nordbank successfully places Schuldschein for HGV Hamburger Gesellschaft für Vermögens- und Beteiligungsmanagement mbH

HAMBURG/KIEL HSH Nordbank has successfully completed a Schuldschein (promissory note) transaction for HGV Hamburger Gesellschaft für Vermögens- und Beteiligungs-management mbH, guaranteed by the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. As joint lead arranger, HSH Nordbank placed the Schuldschein with a maturity from three to ten years for a total volume of EUR 550 million. Due to the strong demand the amount was increased from the original EUR 500 million to EUR 550 million. The Schuldschein was placed with a wide circle of institutional investors. The syndicate was particularly successful in generating high demand among savings banks and insurance companies. Pricing was at the lower end of the subscription range.
