18/10/2012 – The shares in Fairstar Heavy Transport N.V. will be delisted from Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be Monday 19 November 2012.
Fairstar Heavy Transport N.V. has in letter dated 28 September 2012 pursuant to Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (4) cf. Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1), applied for delisting of the company’s shares from Oslo Børs.
Oslo Børs has on 18 October 2012 made the following resolution:
”The shares in Fairstar Heavy Transport N.V. will be delisted from listing on Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be 19 November 2012.”
