Circular: Crew Sign on/Sign off at SPM at Paradip Port

As the sea condition near SPM site is normally rough during south-west
monsoon seasons i.e. from June to September, it is suggested that Sign on /
Sign off must be avoided during this period except for emergency cases. The
Sign on / Sign off of supernumeraries / families must be completely avoided
during this period.

However, in case of exigencies, the crew change may be allowed at anchorage
area with due permission from the undersigned after completion of discharge
of cargo at SPM.   The entire risks & cost towards delays will be on the
account of the Owners.
