The Baltic Exchange
VOYLAYRULES 2013, the Spring Seminar of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers – London and South East Branch, is a presentation of the new “Laytime Definitions 2013” guidelines, a joint project by the Baltic Exchange, BIMCO, CMI and FONASBA.
This seminar will take place at the Baltic Exchange on Wednesday the 12th of March 2014 at 18:00. Attendance is by advance ticket only, tickets are free for ICS members and £10 for students and guests.
