Weekly Valuation Round Up
Valuation Analyst’s Toby Mumford and Toby Yeabsley’s weekly round up:
Tanker values have remained stable this week, the notable sale being the Al Muminah 107, 100 DWT ’05 blt Koyo for USD 30.5 million which has caused a small lift in mid to late 2000 built Aframax values this week. In the bulker sector, it is the smaller vessels that have seen a drop in values.
The sale of the Lizard Point for 28, 500 DWT ’05 blt Shimanami for USD 8.5 million has caused handy values to fall further this week. With no reported sales of container vessels in the last week the values have remained fairly stable.
