| The California State Land Commission’s Marine Invasive Species Program is no longer accepting the old U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Ballast Water Reporting Form.Since 1 July 2016, all vessels arriving at California ports should submit the USCG Ballast Water Management Report (BWMR) to the Commission to fulfill reporting requirements.The most updated version of the management report can be found at www.slc.ca.gov/Programs/MISP_ For information about operations in the USA contact GAC USA at usa@gac.com |
