| The Coast Guard is establishing a safety zone for an annual fireworks event adjacent to Penn’s Landing, Philadelphia, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on November 19, 2016.During the enforcement period, no vessel may transit the area without approval from the Captain of the Port or a designated representative.
