Prohibition on vessels off Marina Barrage on 9 August
Wednesday, August 2, 2017, Singapore
The Port Master hereby prohibits all vessels from transiting, anchoring or remaining in the demarcated area off Marina Barrage. This prohibition shall take effect on Wednesday, 09 Aug 2017 from 1500hrs to 2200hrs.

The demarcated area is bounded by the following coordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1) 01 deg. 17.786’N / 103 deg. 54.095’E
2) 01 deg. 17.450’N / 103 deg. 54.390’E
3) 01 deg. 15.960’N / 103 deg. 52.570’E
4) 01 deg. 16.447’N / 103 deg. 52.084’E

Vessels currently anchored within the demarcated area are required to relocate to an alternate anchorage as directed by the Port Master, by 09 Aug 2017, 0900hrs.

All vessels transiting the East Keppel Fairway are required to observe a speed limit of not more than 12 knots.

Locks and culvert outages

The Panama Canal has confirmed locks and culvert outages for ten days up to 10 August.

The transit reservation system will be downgraded to Condition 2 for the duration of these maintenance jobs.

There is great potential for increment in delays to non-booked vessels, and there is no second period booking slots left for this period. The Auction Booking Slot will still be offered every day.

Rock operations
Wednesday, August 2, 2017, Mississippi River, United States of America
M/V Pine Bluff is conducting rock operations at MM 105.4 AHP (Above head of passes) RDB (right descending bank) through August 10, 2017.

The hours of operations will be from 0700 to 1700 seven days a week. Minimum wake and wide breadth is requested.

All vessels should contact the tug Pine Bluff on Ch 67 or 08 before transiting the area.
