44 Artworks at 44 Hallam Street
What a wonderful evening at 44 Hallam Street. There was an array of artwork on display from the abstract paintings of Hamish MacAulay, to the colourful Summer of ’17 wall sculpture by Kas Williams to our very own Kira Phoenix K’inan.
Kira is exhibiting three large works on paper, a change from her glass work, inspired by her time in Stockholm, Sweden, whilst she was Artist in Resident at Konstfack University.
‘I took inspiration from the landscape of Stockholm and created even more abstract vision of my surroundings. Each drawing developed not only in intricacy but also shadow, light, colour and dynamics.’ says Kira of her Travel Drawings.
