IMCA specialists speaking in eCMID Avi online seminar
Technical and IT specialists from the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) will be taking part in the online ‘eCMID AVI Festival of Knowledge IV’ seminar on Wednesday 24th November from 10.00hrs – 15:30hrs GMT.
Aimed at the eCMID Accredited Vessel Inspector (AVI) community and those in related industries, the seminar will put alternative fuels firmly in the spotlight with a number of presentations on different aspects; other topics to be covered include eCMID updates from MSA (Marine Surveying Academy) and IMCA; and an overview of the latest eCMID/eMISW supplements, including HSC and HS-OSC codes, and Walk to Work supplements.
Graeme Reid, Technical Adviser and Adam Hugo, IT Specialist from IMCA will providing IMCA updates including the latest analysis of inspection findings and event reports alongside committee and systems updates before inviting attendees to participate in a Q&A session.
Richard Purser, another of IMCA’s Technical Advisers, will be discussing alternative fuels alongside a representative from CNOCC.
Other speakers are drawn from The Workboat Association, Subsea 7 and the International Institute of Marine Surveying.(IIMS).
Delegates are invited to attend in real time to listen to the presentations and take part in Q&A sessions; a recording is available for those unable to attend on the day.
