DULY NOTED:Frontline medical staff in Ukraine are being targeted by enemy fire more than in any other war and are being treated as ‘high-value targets’ by Russian forces, according to a humanitarian charity. A 26-year-old hiker was shot in the arm in one of a series of hunting-related incidents in France over the weekend – again throwing the spotlight on the issue. The man was walking in the Alpilles mountains in Provence when he was hit by a stray bullet in the biceps. A hunter in his 30s, was arrested. The incident happened less than 24 hours after a 64-year-old man was shot in the stomach during a wild-boar hunt in the Dordogne. A 34-year-old hunter was arrested. In a third incident, a 58-year-old hunter was taken to hospital in Brest on Sunday after he was hit in the head by lead pellets while on a woodcock hunt.   SOURCE: The Guardian
