Kindly be advised that our Society will be celebrating its 31st Anniversary Dinner Dance on Saturday, February 28th 2026 between 6pm and 2am, at the internationally renowned JW Marriott Grosvenor House London on Park Lane (www.londongrosvenorhouse.co.uk).
The event will include a drinks reception prior to the Dinner, a five course Dinner, support of a carefully selected charity (Please note that £10 from each ticket sale will be donated directly to this year’s designated Charities) and a variety of Greek and international entertainment on the night.
We therefore would like to take this opportunity to invite you to support our event in one or more of the following six ways:
a) Hosting tables of 14 persons (£3600/table), 12 persons (£3000/table) or 10 persons (£2600/table).
b) Sponsoring an individual aspect of our event (e.g. the pre-dinner reception, entertainment, flower
arrangements,photographer, photo-booth etc.). Please contact us for further details.
c) Placing an advertisement in our distinguished printed Commemorative Programme, which will be distributed to all guests on the night (UK £350 or US $500 – full colour, per page). This cost will also include a special display on the giant screen above the dance floor throughout the night of the event, subsequent inclusion in our soon to be relaunched web-site and special reference on our Linkedin page.
d) Purchasing individual tickets for the event (£250/ticket*).
e) Offering a prize to be included in our raffle (minimum value £150).
f) Purchasing a number of raffle tickets (£20 per set), in advance of the Dance.
As you may be aware, our Society comprises of over 400 shipping professionals, based primarily throughout the UK and Greece, and is fortunate enough to include amongst its membership, high-ranking executives working in a number of Greek/British/Global Shipping Companies, Classification Societies, Shipbrokers, Law Companies, etc.
2025’s event was attended by OVER 800 guests and sponsored by more than 150 companies, making it the PREMIER EVENT of the London-Greek shipping calendar.
