The Condamine Market has reopened in a temporary location on Place d’Armes, where it will operate for the next 13 months while the historic hall undergoes major renovation works. Ten modular kiosks and a central covered area now host traders, with seating for 60 indoors and up to 300 at lunchtime thanks to outdoor tables, allowing customers to continue enjoying the market’s social atmosphere. While merchants are adapting to smaller spaces and streamlined menus, both traders and regulars welcomed the return, with full reopening of the renovated market scheduled for February 2027.
