A roundtable organised by Monaco Women Network brought together female leaders from the world of Formula E to discuss leadership, innovation and sustainability in motorsport ahead of this weekend’s Monaco E-Prix. Speakers highlighted the growing presence of women across all levels of the championship, noting that Formula E’s executive structure now reflects near-equal representation between men and women, while also emphasising the importance of showcasing female talent working behind the scenes in technology and engineering. The event formed part of the Monaco Women Network’s wider programme promoting women across sectors including science, health, art and environmental innovation, with organisers aiming to encourage knowledge-sharing and inspire future generations.
