Bullying and harassment on board a vessel may lead to serious consequences for offenders and can negatively impact both the vessel’s operation and the shipowner’s organization more generally. Every seafarer has the right to a safe work environment free from bullying and harassment.
Your Managers are pleased to present the latest animation instalments of the Club’s Good Catch initiative: Human Factors: Bullyingavailable in English, new and traditional Mandarin; and Human Factors: Harassment available in English, new and traditional Mandarin.
