Seawork, Europe’s leading commercial marine and workboat exhibition, announces the return of the UK Harbour Masters Association (UKHMA) on Wednesday 11th June for the 2025 event. Building on the success of this year’s programme, which saw the UKHMA host its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on-site at Mayflower Park for the first time, the Association is set to continue its longstanding support of Seawork.
The UKHMA, a professional body representing harbour masters, port marine operations officers, and related organisations, has been a key partner of Seawork since the exhibition’s inception 25 years ago.
Captain Martin Willis, Executive Officer of UKHMA, highlighted the enduring relationship between the two organisations, stating:
“The UK Harbour Masters Association has been supporting Seawork since its inception 25 years ago, and the Association considers itself a key affiliated partner of Seawork. The UKHMA continues to hold its Summer National Council meeting, AGM, and Sponsored Members Luncheon during the exhibition, allowing our Professional and Commercial members to fully engage with this important event.
“We look forward once again to supporting Seawork during its 2025 event and greatly appreciate the reciprocal support the Association continues to receive from the Seawork team.”
Widely recognised as a cornerstone of expertise within the UK’s shipping and port industries, the UKHMA brings a wealth of knowledge to Seawork. Its involvement strengthens the event’s focus on fostering collaboration and innovation across the maritime sector.
The UKHMA’s contributions are valued across numerous inter-industry forums, working groups, and consultations, further cementing its position as a trusted and influential voice within the industry.
The stunning 25th edition of Seawork has led to record re-bookings for 2025 as exhibitors look to repeat the success of this year’s event which saw over 7580 individual visitors from 45 countries. Multi-day attendance was a noticeable new trend with 25% of visitors attending on more than 1 day, illustrating the wide range of exhibits, seminars, networking opportunities and business solutions on offer. More than 100 conferences, launches and demonstrations took place over the 3 days of Seawork.
Seawork 2025 will take place from 10-12 June 2025, at Mayflower Park, Southampton. The event promises to deliver another dynamic programme of networking, knowledge-sharing, and innovation for the commercial marine sector
